ShoreDog Café announces that Chef Tommy Levitt has
joined as head dinner chef, and as a culinary partner with Chef Michael
Grayson, to further expand ShoreDog Café’s upscale New American dinner
offerings with an emphasis on seafood.

For the past four years, Mr. Levitt has been a head chef working with The
Richmond Restaurant Group including (RRG)-owned The Hill Café and more
recently as head chef at RRG’s Pearl Raw Bar in Richmond’s Fan District.

According to Mr. Levitt, “the past four years working for RRG have been
awesome. ShoreDog Café’s culinary direction, however, enables me to continue
progressing my culinary skill set while immediately bringing my knowledge to
help ShoreDog Café expand on its vision of fine dining in Richmond’s West End.”

ShoreDog Café owner Gibbs Moody said that “Tommy has phenomenal culinary
ability along with the leadership and organizational skill that defines a chef. Our
team are very excited to have attracted him.”

Moody went on to say that “great things are happening not only in ShoreDog’s
kitchen, but also in our dining service”. Another recent hire is Chris Hues, who
joined ShoreDog as café manager after 6 years in a similar capacity at Portico
Restaurant.
